Stoddard Road 307 Bridge Replacement

RCI served as the general contractor during the replacement of an existing deteriorated concrete bridge on Stoddard County Road 307. Due to the local traffic that utilizes Stoddard County Road 307, it was imperative that RCI have a quick turn around on the project once construction began. RCI was able to accomplish the project clearing, pile driving and construction of the pile caps within a two week period in preparation of the arrival of the pre-stressed concrete box beams that arrived on-site and were set in place by the RCI crew. Over the next few days the RCI crew poured the bridge deck, installed the guardrail and completed final grading, seeding and mulching. The job was completed and opened to traffic within a 21 day timeframe. The locals and the road commission were veryexcited to have the bridge opened in such a short period.
